Ataxia
Impaired muscle coordination, especially during voluntary movement.
Loss of coordinated voluntary movement, often arising from cerebellar or sensory-pathway lesions. Can occur in thiamin deficiency (Wernicke encephalopathy) and vitamin E deficiency.
