Exopeptidase
Enzyme that hydrolyzes amino acids off the terminal end of a peptide or protein.
Protease cleaving peptide bonds adjacent to the N- or C-terminus. Pancreatic carboxypeptidases A and B and brush-border aminopeptidases complete protein digestion to free amino acids and small peptides.
