Nutrition care that supports the medical, psychological, and social dimensions of transition for transgender and gender-diverse clients.
Considers nutritional effects of gender-affirming hormone therapy (estrogen, testosterone, GnRH agonists), surgical recovery, body composition changes, eating disorder vulnerability, and bone health.
