Steatorrhea
Presence of an excessive amount of fat in the feces.
Fat malabsorption producing pale, greasy, foul-smelling stools. Causes include pancreatic insufficiency, bile acid deficiency, and small bowel disease, often accompanied by fat-soluble vitamin deficiency.
